| The Assistant Superintendent of Operations is responsible for development, management, and evaluation of the Operations Division.
Division responsibilities include the development of a long range Capital Improvement Plan, Management of the district Property and Casualty Insurance and Risk Management Programs, Attendance Boundary Management, School Growth Forecasting and District Mapping, Student Information System related to Attendance Reporting, State and Federal Reports and Enrollment, Community Education, B & A Connections and Safe School Committees. Included in the Operations Division are Maintenance Center, Plant Operations, Ancillary Services, Enrollment Center Transportation Center, Child Nutrition, Central Warehouse Facility, Safety Auditing and Mail Service.
